Allow background data connection

The Android operating system can block the use of background data connection. This will happen when «Data Saver» mode is active. In this case, you might not able to see any new records in your user account. The tutorial below shows how to permit the background data connection for Android Spy, even if «Data Saver» mode is active.

1. Open the Android Spy settings. Press «Background data connection».

2. Make sure that «Allow background data usage» and «Allow background while data saver on» are enabled.
